Alxenses warrants its products to the original purchaser that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship that complies with all specifications. Any products that do not meet specification will be replaced as long as notification is given within 4 weeks after products have been received.

Instructions for Returning for Repair and Calibration:

To prepare goods for returning to Alxenses, make a tag that includes the name and address of the owner, the contact of individual, the serial number of product and the RMA number you received from Alxenses Customer Service. Attach this tag to the goods.

Wrap the product with polyethylene sheeting or equivalent material. If the original packing material and carton are not available, obtain a corrugated cardboard shipping carton with inside dimensions that are at least 3 in. (7.5 cm) taller, wider and deeper that the product. The shipping carton must be constructed of cardboard with strength. Cushion the product in the shipping carton with packing material or urethane foam on all sides between the carton and the instrument. Allow 3 in. (7.5 cm) on all sides, top and bottom. Seal the shipping carton with shipping tape or an industrial stapler.
